RACE REGISTRATION ENDS OCT. 13 | TO REGISTER, CLICK HERE

Course: A 1.4 mile circuit that includes everything you’d expect in ‘cross including some of the biggest race fields in Michigan – at the site of the historic Dorais Velodrome. 

FINE PRINT:  HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR CYCLOCROSS PARTCIPATION. Race runs rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. All USA Cycling rules apply.  CYCLOCROSS racers must provide a valid USA Cycling annual license at registration or will be required to purchase a CAT5 one-day license at the event ($10).  Parent or guardian of those under 18 will be required to sign, no exceptions. Cyclocross racing age is your age as of DECEMBER 31, 2022. Cyclocross racers from outside the U.S. must show a valid UCI license or purchase a one-day license. No bar ends or clip on aero bars allowed. Winners must show identification to claim prize money. 15-minute protest period for results.

Awards will take place immediately after results are final for each race category.

Join us for an evening of family friendly fun located on Saginaw Street between Pike St and Lawrence St! Event includes local food vendors alongside beer tents and live entertainment all day long! Redshed will have a tent set up with merch and bikes for sale as well as our mobile bike shop set-up. Come say hi!

Redshed Cycles will be serving as a sweeping mechanic on the race course throughout the day, providing onsite support to any racers in need. We will be hanging out and enjoying a beer with others at the finish line. Looking forward to another race weekend in the beautiful Michigan outdoors. Come say hi! LIKE THE CLASSIC IT’S NAMED AFTER, BARRY-ROUBAIX WILL TEST RIDERS AGAINST (80%) ROLLING GRAVEL ROADS, PAVEMENT, ONE MILE OF ROUGH TWO TRACK, ROCKS, SAND, MUD, AND POSSIBLY SNOW AND ICE AS YOU TRAVERSE THE SCENIC ROADS OF BARRY COUNTY.

We offer four race lengths to challenge riders of all abilities.
The 18-mile  Lauf “Chiller” has approx. 1200 feet of ascent.
The 36-mile Smith Optics “Thriller” climbs approx. 2200 feet of ascent.
The 62-mile SRAM “Killer” you can expect approx. 3800 feet of ascent.
The 100-mile  Panaracer “Psycho Killer” you will enjoy over 6800 feet of ascent! *350 race cap*

We also have 45NRTH Fat Bike specific categories in the 18 & 36 mile races

The Barry-Roubaix is participating in the Michigan Gravel Race Series

Join Redshed Cycles at the inaugural “Moran 166,” an endurance gravel bike race event in Michigan’s Scenic Upper Peninsula. We’ll be serving AM coffee from our friends at Dessert Oasis Coffee Roasters and last minute bike service needs at the starting line before 7am takeoff and working Aid Station 2 at mile 77 during the race, providing snacks, hydration and access to the Mobile Redshed for emergency bike repairs.
